Please be advised that the Kamala Beach Hotel & Resort will be closed for renovation from 16 May, 2009 - 15 October, 2009.

Recreation

Three swimming pools include a children’s pool, all located at ground floor level in a landscaped setting. The fitness center offers cardio and weight machines, with complimentary access. A game room offers a pool table and table tennis. An on-site dive center can assist guests with scuba equipment (surcharge).

Guests may attend the 9-hole Phuket Country Club to play golf as a nonmember. The club also offers a golf driving range, open daily. The club is within 20 km (12 miles) of the Kamala Beach Hotel and Resort. The Laguna Riding Club provides an opportunity for horse-riding, and is located within 8 km (5 miles). A variety of water sports including jet skiing, motor boating, scuba diving, and snorkeling, along with surfing activities, can be arranged and are within 25 km (14 miles).

Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside the Arrivals terminal in the car park. The metered taxis have a taxi stand. Guests should advise the driver to travel south on the main highway, and turn right towards Laguna Phuket and follow the road sign to Kamala Beach.

Schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): Hotel airport transfer is available daily. Sea Breeze Café - Thai and continental dishes are presented in a casual dining setting beside the pool. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the café is open daily. Swimup Bar - Located beside the pool, the bar serves refreshing drinks and a light lunch menu.
