Hotel Information: Nestled between the Valley Forge Convention Center and the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge, the six-story King Of Prussia hotel draws many conference goers, who often gather in the lobby between sessions. This hotel shares facilities with the Radisson, so Scanticon guests travel past meeting rooms in an indoor hallway to reach the Radisson’s restaurants, fitness center, outdoor pool, and classically furnished lobby.

The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to King of Prussia Mall. In addition, guests may enjoy the adjacent Radisson’s amenities, such as an outdoor pool and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center with a racquetball court.
Insider tip: Valley Forge National Historical Park—with miles of trails for car, foot, or bike touring—beckons from less than one mile away. The park—the grounds where Washington’s Continental Army camped during the Revolutionary War—is open during daytime hours, and has a visitor center as well as replicas of the meager cabins where America’s first army endured the famously harsh winter of 1777-78.

Scanticon guests have access to the adjacent Radisson Hotel’s 3,000-square-foot fitness center--accessible from early morning until late at night by keycard--with two stairclimbers, one elliptical trainer, two stationary bikes, four treadmills, free weights, resistance equipment, and a racquetball court. There are also men’s and women’s locker rooms, steam rooms, a sauna, spa tub, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Massage services and a tanning bed are also available (surcharges).
The Scanticon is located less than a mile from Valley Forge Park, where guests may bike, hike, jog or stroll through miles of paths at this historic National Park. Nearby are a half dozen golf courses, including Westover Golf Club in Eaglesville (five miles away) and Spring Hollow Golf Course in Spring City (10 miles away).
