Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday, 9 AM to noon and 2 PM to 8 PM. Saturday, 8 AM to noon and 2 PM to 8 PM.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM for single-week stays and after 2 PM for short stays. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.

Please note:
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. The residence provides an end-of-stay cleaning service. This does not include the kitchen area and dishware, which should be left clean and tidy by guests prior to check out (a cleaning kit is provided by the residence).
