Special Check-in Instructions
Guests at Prospector Accommodations by Carriage House must check in at the Carriage House Condominiums, which are located one block west of each property, at 1940 Prospector Ave, Park City, UT. Guests will be directed to their unit after checking in at Carriage House.
Front desk hours are 9 AM-5 PM in the summer and 8 AM-10 PM in the winter. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

Rooms
Prospector Accommodations by Carriage House offers 90 guestrooms in a 3-story property. Guestrooms feature cable television. Business-friendly rooms are equipped with free local calls. Recreation
Guests receive two one-time use passes to the adjacent Silver Mountain Sport Club and Spa. The 32,000-square-foot club has two swimming pools, two spa tubs, a dry sauna, steam room, aerobic rooms, a racquetball court, and over 2,500 square feet equipped with free weights and cardiovascular machines. Guest passes are valid November 15 - April 15. Discounted passes are available for purchase year-round, but complimentary passes are offered during the winter season only. Additional passes may be purchased.
There is an outdoor swimming pool located at Prospector Accommodations, and two spa tubs are located at the Claim and Suncreek buildings.
