Special Check-in Instructions

Front desk hours are 9 AM-5 PM in the summer and 8 AM-10 PM in the winter. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

Rooms

Carriage House Condominiums have 104 units in three 3- and 4-story buildings. Condominiums are furnished with tables and chairs. All units at the Carriage House feature kitchens or kitchenettes with refrigerators, toasters, coffeemakers, and plates, utensils, and cookware; kitchens have ovens and stoves. Some units also include dishwashers and microwaves. All come with cable TV, data port phones with voice mail, and windows that open; most have jetted tubs. Larger units have fireplaces and balconies. All rooms have individual thermostats, and most have air conditioning in season.

Recreation

The Carriage House Condominiums has a year-round outdoor pool and an indoor spa tub.

The bases of area’s three ski resorts, Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons, are all within four miles of the condominiums, and are accessible by frequent shuttles that stop at the hotel. Utah Olympic Park, site of many events during the 2002 Winter Olympics, is six miles away and maintains facilities for many other winter sports, including bobsled/luge/skeleton tracks, Nordic jumps, and freestyle practice pools. During summer months, the resorts remain partially open for hikers and mountain bikers.

The Carriage House complex is one mile from Old Town and Park City Mountain Resort. Amenities include an indoor hot tub, an outdoor heated pool, and laundry facilities. Guests also have access to a nearby fitness center (surcharge).

Limited daily housekeeping is offered; towels and trash only. Full service is available for a surcharge.

Self parking is complimentary in an underground garage located in the adjacent building.
