All Seasons Condominiums have 17 condo-style units in a three-story building with exterior corridors. Decor is rustic in style, with fireplaces, dining and sitting areas, and kitchens in all units. All rooms provide sofa beds and two bathrooms. Master bathrooms include a jetted tub. TVs offer VCRs and free premium cable channels. Complimentary weekday newspapers are provided.

All Seasons Condominiums near downtown Park City are 200 yards from skiing and a half-mile from Main Street. The property provides a complimentary shuttle to locations within Park City and to Deer Valley Resort. An outdoor therapy pool is located on site; the pool is warmer than a swimming pool, is up to 5.5 feet deep, and offers a jetted area at one end. Smoking is not permitted in the condos. Covered parking is complimentary.
