Dining

Restaurant de Sers - Guests dine in the chic atmosphere of the restaurant with its marble floor, cream leather armchairs and grey marble table tops, or outside at the wooden tables on the patio beneath the shade of parasols. There are three breakfast menus (also available via room service): Continental, American and Healthy Start, as well as hot and cold à la carte items. Sample lunch and dinner dishes on the seasonal menu include Lobster Salad with Fresh Vegetables, Pan-Sautéed Scallops with Spinach, or Caramelised T-bone of Veal with Roasted Figs. A children’s menu is available, and room service is provided 24 hours a day. At tea time, Betjeman & Barton tea or hot chocolate is served with cake.

Le S Bar - Adjacent to the restaurant and overlooking the patio, the bar has wood-panelled walls, red carpets and heavy velvet drapes, while bold-coloured cushions enliven the grey sofas and armchairs. Guests can treat themselves to classic cocktails and house cocktails (including La Rose Sauvage; a mix of rose sirop, pink grapefruit juice, and champagne). Open from mid-afternoon onwards.
