Special Check-in Instructions
Check-in is 3 PM–5 PM. Guests who plan to arrive outside normal front desk hours must use the after-hours phone located in the lobby. After verifying arrival details, the agent will provide the lock-box code. Guests are required to return to the office the following day by noon to complete the check-in procedure.

Know Before You Go
This is a smoke-free property.
Parking is complimentary. The hotel allows a maximum of 2 cars per unit.
Boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles younger than 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested. Boarding kennels are available in the immediate area.
Guests are advised to bring beach towels, as the provided towels may not be removed from the condominiums.
All condominium units are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to guest arrival. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. Special housekeeping service may be arranged at check-in for a fee.
Due to housekeeping standards, not all units will be ready for check-in at 3 PM.
Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed. Three-night minimum stay required; longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
