The City Country Club health and fitness center located on the 4th floor of the hotel offers a heated indoor lap pool, and an exercise room with cardio and weight machines. An aerobics studio provides yoga, aerobics, and stretch classes. The City Country Club facility also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, hot and cold plunge pools, spa tubs, a relaxation lounge, and shiatsu massage services. The outdoor pool is located on the roof top garden of the banquet room tower and opens during July and August every year.

Know Before You Go

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc.). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Dining

Tenkuh - The hotel's signature restaurant, located on the 28th floor, offers nouvelle Chinese-style cuisine and views of Osaka Bay and the city. The restaurant has seating for up to 162 guests and has five private seating rooms. Open for á la carte and dim sum (small portions of meat, seafood, vegetables, and steamed buns) for lunch and Cantonese menu for dinner.

Irodori - A bamboo garden leads off the two private tatami rooms of the restaurant. The restaurant also offers separate kaiseki and teppanyaki seating areas overlooking the garden. Kaiseki dining includes rice and miso soup. A teppanyaki menu involves meat, seafood, and vegetables, cooked to order on a grill, with guest seating around the grill area. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner with seating for up to 100 guests, with two private rooms, and is located on the 1st floor.

The Café - Offering all-day dining with an open kitchen, a rotisserie and grill, the cafe serves breakfast, lunch, weekend buffets, and an international à la carte menu. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer garden views on the 1st floor, for informal dining. Open daily from early morning, with seating for 158 guests.

Pergola - Located on the 9th floor, the split-level poolside restaurant and bar is open seasonally in summer, when the outdoor pool is open (July and August). During the day the menu is light and evenings incorporate a barbeque grill for poolside dining, overlooking Osaka Bay.

Basilico - Serving a selection of pastas, pizzas, antipasti, and traditional Italian specialties for lunch and dinner. The open kitchen has a wood burning pizza oven. Dining is indoors or alfresco, and there is seating for up to 78 guests. A wine selection is available and other beverages including nonalcoholic drinks are served.

Daichi - A casual Chinese restaurant on basement level one which offers seating for up to 78 guests, for lunch and dinner.

Bay Lounge - The lounge offers a casual menu with international wines, cocktails, and other beverages including nonalcoholic drinks. Open from mid afternoon ‘til late, the lounge is on the 28th floor.

Manhattan Bar - A cocktail bar located on the first floor of the hotel tower, the bar offers a range of drinks including single malt whisky, wines, cocktails, and a light snack menu, with casual entertainment most nights.

The Lobby Lounge - With views of the outdoor landscape, the lounge offers specialty coffees and teas, a selection of other beverages, and cocktails. On weekends, the afternoon tea buffet features a chocolate fountain.

Ann - A Japanese casual pub-style restaurant on basement level one, seating up to 50 guests.
