Condominium-style villas and standard hotel rooms are located in 60 two- and three-story buildings. Accommodations have exterior corridors and elevator access, Florida-style decor, and tiled floors; some have balconies or patios.
One- and two-bedroom villas include fully equipped kitchens, breakfast bars, two bathrooms, and shower/tub combinations with jetted tubs. Studios provide convenient kitchenettes, and every villa and room has its own washer and dryer.
Standard amenities include TVs and DVD players, in-room safes, direct-dial phones with voice mail, and dial-up Internet access (surcharge).
