Hotel Information: A vacation rental community with hotel services, the Marriott's Grande Vista Resort includes all the facilities and activities of a stand-alone, destination resort while providing driving-distance access to Orlando's many theme parks and attractions. Red-tile-roofed buildings draw inspiration from the Spanish influence of old St. Augustine. Lush gardens and green acreage create tranquility.
Amenity highlights: The main pool complex includes a large, U-shaped pool with interactive fountains; a children's wading pool; two blossom-shaped, 18-person spas; a 90-foot lap pool; and a large sauna housed in a square building with pool-view windows. Elsewhere in the resort are two other pools adjoined by spas for social soaking.
Insider tip: Available right outside the Marriott is the I-Ride Trolley, a low-cost transport operating from early morning to midnight for approximately six miles through the International Drive corridor and stopping at its many shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions.

This Florida Marriott contains the Faldo Golf Institute, a 9-hole course with instructional facilities, and Grand Pines, and 18-hole course. Discount greens fees are offered to resort guests.
