Hotel Information: Ideal for vacationers with comfort and privacy in mind, Magical Memories also offers convenient access to Orlando attractions, theme parks, shops, restaurants, and sports. Guests can enjoy self-catering villas as well as all of the amenities of a resort.
Amenity highlights: Each Magical Memories Villa offers a master suite, living and dining room, full kitchen, and private lanai. Guests may have access to a resort pool or a private pool, depending on the type of villa reserved.
Insider tip: Less than four miles from the villa complexes, Old Town offers myriad shopping, dining, and amusement opportunities.
Special Check-in Instructions
Magical Memories' central check-in location and guest service center is just east of the Walt Disney World® Resort area. Office hours are 8 AM - 8 PM daily (may vary according to season). Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in information.
Rooms
Magical Memories Villas have master suites and private bedrooms, at least two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and washers and dryers. Bedding varies; each villa has one king or one queen bed and at least two twin beds. All bedding and linens are included.
Local calls and dial-up Internet access are complimentary, as are VCRs and DVD players. All villas are nomsmoking.
Tolietries are not included.

Recreation
All villa communities offer various recreation options, including resort pools, fitness centers, game rooms, tennis courts, and playgrounds.
Guests can enjoy horseback riding and airboat rides at the head waters of the Everglades, 15 miles away. Beaches are within 50 miles. In addition, nearby parks offering swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and biking trails are available.

Know Before You Go
Cleaning fees apply at check-in for reservations of two nights or fewer. Fees vary by size and type of vacation home.
Pool heating for vacation homes is available for a daily surcharge (if requested 24 hours prior to check-in) and is required for entire length of stay with a minimum of 5 nights.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be charged a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a processing fee plus the amount of one night's stay.
Pets (cats and dogs only) may be accepted in select accommodations (surcharge).
All villas and pool homes are nonsmoking.
Fees
