Hotel Information: Homes4uu vacation rentals are all located within six miles of Walt Disney World® Resort, in the heart of Orlando’s theme park district. These privately owned vacation homes are uniquely decorated in the style of the owner’s choosing, and all feature a list of amenities that make them a favorite of vacationing families and groups looking for a budget-friendly, memorable Disney® vacation.
Amenity highlights: Each home comes equipped with its own private screened-in swimming pool, a two-car garage, and a kitchen furnished with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and cookware. Each home also has a washer, dryer, and separate living and dining rooms. Additional amenities include barbecue grills, pool heating, rollaway beds, and cribs (surcharge).

Rooms
Bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen bed, or two double beds; all homes also feature a sofa bed in the living area.
All homes have two bathrooms—one master and one guest bathroom. All bathrooms come with shower/tub combinations and starter supplies of basic toiletries, including soaps and toilet paper. Guests staying for extended periods may need to purchase additional supplies.

Homes4uu rental homes do not feature certain traditional hotel facilities—there is no lobby, lounge, or restaurant here—instead they offer the comforts of home to vacationers. Each home comes equipped with a swimming pool with optional heat (surcharge), a full kitchen with cookware and all major appliances, separate fully furnished living and dining rooms, and bedrooms with private bathrooms.
As these properties are privately owned by individuals and families, each home varies in décor and interior design. However, all meet Homes4uu’s stringent design, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Know Before You Go
A cleaning fee of $85 plus 13% tax is due at least 14 days prior to arrival for stays of less than five nights. Guests must contact the property after booking and prior to arrival to arrange payment of the cleaning fee. Fee is subject to change.
Pool heat, barbecue grills, VCRs, rollaway beds, and cribs (infant beds) must be requested when the reservation is confirmed or at least two weeks prior to arrival. Surcharges apply.
