Special Check-in Instructions
In order to check in, guests are required to contact The Florida Store at least 48 hours prior to arrival to complete paperwork and receive lockbox information and directions to the vacation home.
All reservations are subject to a $500 credit card hold or payment of a $50 property protection fee (damage waiver for up to $500 in accidental damage), due prior to arrival.

Know Before You Go
At least one adult over 21 must be listed on the reservation and occupy the assigned rental home.
There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.
All reservations of less than five nights are subject to a mandatory departure cleaning fee collected at time of registration.
Late check-out may be requested (surcharge).
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive full refund of any prepayment minus the first night’s rent plus the property protection fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival receive 50-percent of any prepayment, minus the first night’s rental plus the property protection fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival.
TVs, DVD players, barbecue grills, cribs, and highchairs are available for a surcharge and must be requested prior to arrival.
Not all accommodations are pet friendly. Guests should contact Florida Store Homes Vacation Rentals after making a reservation to verify availability of pet-friendly accommodations.
Pool homes do not share access to a community pool.
Not all pool homes have pool heaters or spas; they are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Some homes offer electric heaters and some offer gas heaters (surcharge; three-day minimum).
