Guests arriving after 5 PM or on Sunday must contact the property make check-in arrangements.

Know Before You Go

At least one adult over 21 must be listed on the reservation and occupy the assigned rental home.

There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.

All reservations of less than five nights are subject to a mandatory departure cleaning fee of $80-$95 (based on rental home size) collected at time of booking. Fee subject to change.

Late check-out may be requested (surcharge).

All reservations are subject to a $500 credit card hold or payment of a property protection fee (damage waiver for up to $500 in accidental damage to rental home), due prior to arrival. Intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional charges. Guests may incur additional charges upon inspection of the rental home after departure.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive full refund of any prepayment minus the first night’s rent plus the property protection fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival receive 50-percent of any prepayment, minus the first night’s rental plus the property protection fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival.

TVs, DVD players, barbecue grills, cribs, and highchairs are available for a surcharge and must be requested prior to arrival.

Pool heat should also be requested at least one day in advance (a surcharge applies; three-day minimum). If pool heat is requested after arrival, guests will be charged a service fee.
