Amenity highlights: Many guests prefer Disney's Polynesian Resort for convenience—guests can step outside the lobby onto the monorail platform, which provides direct access to Magic Kingdom® Park. The pool is a big hit, with its waterfalls, caves, and slides. The Neverland Club is a child-care facility for children aged 4–12 years, themed after the classic Peter Pan.
Insider tip: One of the best spots for viewing the Magic Kingdom® Park fireworks 1 mile away is on the swings and hammocks at the Disney's Polynesian Resort white-sand beach along the Seven Seas Lagoon.
Rooms
This Lake Buena Vista resort features 853 rooms in 11 colorful two- and three-story longhouses. Spread across the resort’s landscaped grounds, the longhouses are each named for a Pacific island. Views vary from room to room, and include the hotel’s gardens, pool, marina, parking area, and the Seven Seas Lagoon. Room furnishings are Polynesian in style and made of wicker and bamboo. All guestrooms were refurbished in 1998. Large marble bathrooms have spacious vanities. All rooms include Internet access and voice mail; Concierge rooms offer Continental breakfast, midday snacks, evening cordials, and additional services. |

The monorail to the Magic Kingdom® Park and Epcot® is a bonus, and complimentary motorcoach transportation connects to all other Disney destinations. Disney's Polynesian Resort guests can walk next door to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.

Know Before You Go
Resort Airline Check-In Service allows guests to check luggage and receive airline boarding passes at resort hotels. This service now accepts one bag per passenger for guests who fly AirTran, Alaska Airlines, Delta, and JetBlue. Guests with multiple bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services (407-284-1231, 7 AM - 11 PM daily) to pay excess luggage fees before checking in. Otherwise, additional bags must be checked at the airport.
Guests flying on United Airlines who utilize Resort Airline Check-In Service are currently exempt from the airline's excess luggage fees.
Guests flying on American Airlines, Continental, Northwest Airlines, and US Airways who wish to check any bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay their airline baggage fees before checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk. Otherwise, guests must check in at the airport.
For all airlines, guests should ensure that their luggage is 50 pounds or less in order to use Resort Airline Check-In Service and that it complies with their airline's baggage policy. Resort Airline Check-In desks cannot accept overweight or oversized luggage. Excess luggage fees vary by airline.

Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show - This interactive dinner show is presented in the beachfront, back-yard cabana of a Hawaiian house and features authentic Polynesian music, hula, and other authentic Polynesian dancing. The tropical, three-course, family-style feast includes appetizers, lanai-roasted chicken, island pork ribs, South Seas fried rice, vegetable medley, beverages, and Polynesian dessert.
Captain Cook’s Snack Company - Near the swimming pool and open 6 AM–1:30 AM daily, this quick-service restaurant has fast fare such as sandwiches to go, burgers and fries, and cold drinks.
