Recreation
The hotel occupies 900 feet of lakeshore, with a private dock. Lake activities include fishing, motor boating, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking—either on site or nearby. Water skis, boats, and other rentals are available from an independently operated water-sports center just a short walk from the hotel along the lake. The center can also deliver personal watercraft to the hotel's own dock.
Numerous public golf courses in the area include Celebration, in the nearby planned community of the same name, and Orlando's own Crooked Cat. The Hawaiian Rumble Adventure miniature golf course is next door to the hotel.
Nature-lovers may want to visit Blue Spring State Park, the winter home of Florida's exotic (and endangered) manatee population, 40 miles away.
