• Pet fee: $400 per pet, per stay, nonrefundable (by availability)

Cleaning fee per home, per stay (applies to stays less than five nights, plus tax):

• Two-bedroom home: $75
• Three-bedroom home: $80
• Four-bedroom home: $90
• Five-bedroom home: $100
• Six-bedroom home: $115

Maid service (optional, per stay):

• Two-bedroom home: $45
• Three-bedroom home: $50
• Four-bedroom home: $55
• Five-bedroom home: $60

• Swimming pool heat (electric): $35 daily, $165 weekly
• Swimming pool heat (gas): $60 daily, $330 weekly

Cancellation fees:

• 29 days or more prior to arrival: $25 reservation fee
• 15 to 28 days prior to arrival: 25 percent of the rental charge
• One to 14 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the rental charge
• No show: 100 percent of the rental charge
