Hotel Information: American Vacation Homes and villas, popular with families are individually owned and furnished and are located in attractive, landscaped communities within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World® Resort. Guests check in at the American Vacation Homes office, five miles from Downtown Disney® area, and receive detailed directions to their home or villa.
Amenity highlights: Furnished, screened patios with splash pools are the option at all vacation homes. Homes, built within the last five years, are located in nicely landscaped, well-maintained neighborhoods. Villas are located in planned communities where guests have access to a private, community splash pool. Smoking is prohibited.
Special Check-in Instructions
Guests must check in at the offices of American Vacation Homes in Orlando at 12211 Regency Village Drive, Suite 12, then travel to their vacation home, located within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World® Resort.
Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:30 AM - 7 PM. Guests arriving after 7 PM or on Sunday will find a packet in the lock box, located at the office entrance. Guests should contact the office for instructions to open the lock box by using the phone number received in the confirmation email after booking via this We site.
Guests must report to the office on the next working day to complete registration.

The 250 American Vacation Homes and villas are located within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World® Resort. Homes are individually owned and decorated. All properties include full kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, and cable TV.
Other amenities include separate sitting areas, washers and dryers, and private, screened splash pools (homes) or community splash pools (villas). All homes have fresh linens and towels, and include private garages. Parking is complimentary. Smoking is not allowed.

Policies
A security deposit of $250 on a credit card or $1,000 in cash will be required at check-in for incidental charges. Deposits will be returned 30 days after departure if damages or losses did not occur. All fees are subject to change.
