Diamond Head Grill - The chic and contemporary Diamond Head Grill serves Continental cuisine with an island flair. Selections include roasted center cut of Chilean sea bass in a vine-ripened yellow-tomato infusion. Dinner daily, 6 PM till 9 PM.
Diamond Head Bar & Lounge - A long, sinuous bar and chic lighting accent the contemporary decor. On Friday nights, DJs in the lounge and the adjacent event room attract stylish club-goers. Open 6 PM till 10 PM Sunday - Thursday, till 2 AM Friday and Saturday.
Guests also have signing privileges at Michel’s At the Colony Surf and the restaurants located at The New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel next door.
The Lotus's restaurant does not provide room service. However, guests can order "Room Service in Paradise," which delivers lunch and dinner from more than 50 area restaurants.
