Hotel Information: Dating from the 1920s, an updated Grand Hyatt New York includes a vast marble lobby, gold columns, and mirrored ceiling. A waterfall cascades from the lobby's upper level to a marble fountain in the lower.
Insider tip: On Wednesdays and Fridays, Grand Central Terminal, which is connected to the hotel, offers free tours. This landmark was restored in the late 20th century to its original 1913 glory.
