Hotel Information: This boutique-style New Orleans hotel is less than one half-mile from the Ernest N Morial Convention Center. This hotel is frequented by business travelers and vacationers. Stepping through the building's historic, balcony-lined exterior, guests enter a modern lobby decorated with faux-marble columns. Next to the granite registration desk is a glass case containing artifacts from the building's former use as a coffee-roasting business.

Architectural remnants exist of several, including the Board of Trade, where the Texas Revolution was plotted in 1835, and the Banks Arcade, a former glass-domed structure that was once the largest building in the city.

Policies
Pets under 30 pounds are accepted with a $50 non-refundable fee (applies to deep cleaning). If any damage to the room is valued to be greater than $50, the guest will be liable for replacement and/or repairs.
A per-night occupancy tax will be charged by the hotel.
