RIU Negril All Inclusive offers 420 guestrooms in four three-story lavender buildings (no elevators). Balconies and ground-floor terraces are furnished with chairs and cocktail tables. The resort is arrayed on 500m (547 yds) of fine sand 3.25 km (2 mi) around Jamaica's semicircular Bloody Bay, in which the Caribbean Sea remains calm in most weather conditions. The beach extends deeply into the resort under palm trees. Two 36.5-m (120-ft) freeform pools, one with swim-up bar and 25-person jetted section, are flanked by padded lounge chairs. There's a 3.75-m-diameter (12-ft) pool within the children's-club compound, which also includes a clubhouse and sand playground.

The resort supplies snorkeling gear, pedal boats, kayaks, windsurfers, and Hobie Cat sailboats. For surcharges, a water-sports center offers windsurfing and sailing lessons, parasailing, glass-bottom-boat tours, banana-boating, scuba-diving instruction/certification, and scuba-diving and snorkeling excursions.
