Hotel Information: A National Historic Landmark, the Romanesque Union Station was opened in 1900 as a passenger railway station. The impressive lobby features a 65-foot barrel-vaulted Tiffany-style stained glass ceiling. Numerous bas-relief sculptures, 12 of which depict angels, are covered with gold leaf. This romantic hotel caters to wedding parties as well as travelers looking for a change of pace, yet still desiring downtown convenience.
