Bonita Beach & Tennis Club by Waterstone Resorts has 360 non-smoking condominium units distributed among five 10-story buildings. Units are individually owned, so decor varies, but all offer separate living areas, balconies with bay or gulf views, and kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers. Rooms also include VCRs, and complimentary local calls and voice mail.

The hotel has two heated outdoor pools and a children’s pool, along with a horseshoe pit, Bocce Ball court, basketball court, and shuffleboard area. Guests also have access to 10 Har-Tru tennis courts (surcharge).
