Hotel Information: The hotel's beachfront location provides access to seven miles of white-sand beach. After a short drive down Millionaires’ Row, guests arrive at downtown Old Naples, known for its shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Amenity highlights: Located nearby, the 18-hole Naples Grande Golf Club is a 250-acre tract designed by Rees Jones—and is exclusive to the guests of Edgewater Beach Hotel and Naples Grande Beach Resort. All guests of the Edgewater are welcome at the Naples Grande Beach Resort and have reciprocal signing privileges for dining, recreation, and fitness and spa amenities. On-site, the Edgewater offers a fitness center and a pool.
Insider tip: The Naples Trolley stops in front of the hotel, and offers a two-hour narrated tour (part history and part performance) of surrounding attractions. All-day passes are offered, and the tour operates daily.
Rooms
Edgewater Beach Hotel offers 125 one- and two-bedroom suites located in a seven-story tower or two four-story buildings, all forming a u-shape that faces the Gulf of Mexico. All accommodations have private furnished balconies. Separate bedrooms have adjoining baths with granite or quartz vanities, tiled flooring, large mirrors, and private-label bath products.
Adjoining living rooms have queen sofa beds, reading chairs, coffee tables, accent furnishings, and armoires. Kitchens vary but most offer granite-topped or solid-surface counters and refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, dishes, utensils, full-sized sinks, and dinette tables with chairs.
Daily housekeeping services include dishwashing. Other amenities include CD players and video games. High-speed Internet access is available (surcharge).

The 250-acre tract features a 30-acre lake, indigenous old growth cypress and pine trees; meandering waterways, and a brook. There is an on-site professional golf academy, as well as a clubhouse with pro shop, dining area, and locker rooms. The club is four miles from the hotel (surcharge).
Naples Grande Beach Resort offers Edgewater guests reciprocal signing privileges, and guest discounts may be available. Naples Grande Beach Resort facilities include a 5,500-square-foot Health Club and Golden Door® spa. The fitness area includes cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, exercise balls, and mats. Water aerobics, yoga, and Pilates are offered as well. The spa offers several treatments, including facials, therapeutic massage, the Vitamin C Antioxidant Facial, men's facials, and various customized treatments. Locker rooms feature aromatherapy saunas, steam rooms, tiled showers, and personal care amenities (surcharges).
Naples Grande Beach Resort also houses a tennis center with 15 Har-Tru courts,managed by Peter Burwash International. The center offers daily tennis clinics, matchmaking service through the Tennis Concierge, tournaments, and a summer kid's camp (surcharges).
