Hotel Information: Located at the north end of Myrtle Beach, this resort is a perennial favorite among golfers and families. Condominiums in three towers surround an expansive freeform pool lined with sun chairs and palm trees. The Docksider’s Bar & Grille is perched on the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible views of the marina and the resort. Resort villa complexes, located throughout the golf plantation, offer outdoor pools.
Amenity highlights: In addition to a freeform outdoor pool and full-service marina on site, the resort also boasts four 18-hole championship golf courses, all of which were designed by some of the biggest names in golf: Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. The terrain covered by the courses ranges from white sand dunes to salt marshes to the shore of the Intracoastal Waterway. Furthermore, the Love course has been recognized by Golf Digest magazine as the best course in Myrtle Beach.
Insider tip: The resort’s freshwater marina has 142 slips and 1,100 feet of dock space for moorage. In fact, guests are encouraged to travel to the hotel via boat. For those guests that don’t own vessels, Barefoot Water Sports offers local dolphin tours and Jet Ski rentals. The rental shop is located in the marina, and walk-ups are welcome.

Guests must check in at the Barefoot Resort office, located at 4403 Highway 17 South, North Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Front desk hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests who plan to arrive outside normal office hours must call the number on their confirmation at least 48 hours prior to arrival for late check-in instructions.
Rooms
This North Myrtle Beach resort features multi-bedroom condos. Select condos feature full kitchens, including full-size refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and utensils. All units offer separate living and dining areas. Tower condos offer balconies with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
