Recreation

At 1,650 metres, Muerren is the highest resort in the Bernese Alps, facing the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau. The resort is surrounded by 53 kilometres of varied ski runs, with the Muerren-Schilthorn area located 200 metres from the guesthouse. Snow machines guarantee snow cover between December and April. Downhill skiing, cross-country, walking, tobogganing, and curling are available, whilst a ski school can be found in the resort.
