Flights to Moorea are scheduled from 6 AM through to 6.15 PM. The hotels reception is open MondaySunday, from 6.30 AM9.30 PM to assist the incoming guests.
Rooms
Hotel Kaveka has 15 guestroom bungalows with garden or lagoon locations. All are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans and refrigerators. Guests receive welcome cocktails and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Bathrooms offer showers with complimentary toiletries. Recreation
Hotel Kavekas location on Cooks Bay, with its white sand beach, allows guests to enjoy beach walks, snorkelling, and other water-based activities that can be arranged through reception. The hotel can also arrange picnics for guests to take on their own exploration of the island; scooters, bicycles, rental cars, or horses may be hired for this purpose.
Tours (with hotel pick-up) and various island-based activities can be arranged at the front desk. Approximately 59 km of roads around the perimeter of Moorea allow for tours and visits to villages and towns throughout the island. Visits to pearl farms and the Moorea Distillery can be arranged through the hotel reception, and guests may also visit Tiki Village for an authentic Hāngi (Polynesian stone barbecue), or to attend Tiki Theatre Polynesian dance performances and wedding ceremonies. Shark-feeding tours, dolphin viewing in the Dolphin Quest lagoon, and sunset cruises can also be arranged.

An on-site restaurant provides international cuisine, as well as banquet catering for Polynesian wedding celebrations that may be held at the hotel. Getting there: Guests arrive at Tahiti International Airport (FAAA) in Papeete, then transfer to local domestic flights with first services at 6 AM and last services into Moorea at 6.15 PM. Dining
Restaurant Kaveka Fishermans Wharf - International cuisine is served for lunch and dinner at this overwater restaurant, which offers views of Cooks Bay and island peaks. The emphasis is on local produce and Asian, Polynesian, and French flavours. Live Tahitian entertainment is provided on Friday evenings, whilst on Saturday evenings live bands perform for guests. Continental breakfast for hotel guests is also available.
