This five-story lakefront lodge offers 112 spacious studios and suites. Most face the lake, while others have sunset or garden views. Recreation

The hotel's spa and fitness center includes an indoor pool, exercise room, sauna, spa tub, steam bath, game room, and spa treatments. There's also an outdoor spa tub, an outdoor skating rink, and a private beach on the lake.

Tremblant may be smaller than some of its western ski resort counterparts but it nearly owns the market on quaint, European-style mountain villages. It beckons snow enthusiasts with hidden trails, lovely wooded runs, and non-skiing activities such as ice climbing, snowshoeing, and dog sledding. Summer months bring activities such as miniature golf and trapeze acrobatics for kids and hiking, canoeing, and lake swimming for the whole family.

Le Whisky Bar - A huge stone fireplace provides the hub of this casual spot that overlooks Lake Ouimet. A large selection of single-malt scotches, ports, cocktails, and Cuban cigars are featured, along with a tempting bistro menu.
