Special Check-in Instructions

For after-hours check in guests may use the phone located outside of the front office (Hale building #12 suite 1121) that will ring directly to the general manager, who will supply further instructions.

Rooms

This hotel features 140 studio and condo-style villas. Each villa is decorated in Hawaiian-style decor and has cable TV, a kitchenette, and a balcony. Ceiling fans and ocean breezes replace air conditioning. Some rooms have VCRs, and video tapes can be rented from the desk. Most rooms do not have telephones.

Recreation

The Kaluakoi Villas are set on a beach, and are right next door to Kaluakoi Golf Course. There is an outdoor pool on site, and water-sports rentals are available through the resort for use on the ocean. Guests may want to visit Molokai Ranch, 6 miles away, which offers activities including horseback riding, mountain biking, kayaking, snorkeling, and cliff adventures.

Property Amenities

Guests at Kaluakoi Villas can sunbathe on the hotel's private beach year-round, and swim in the ocean in the summer. Ocean swimming is not recommended in the winter due to high surf, but the hotel's outdoor pool is open all year. There is a barbecue and picnic area, plus a gift shop and a convenience store. The tour/activity desk can assist guests with sightseeing and water sports, and the championship golf course of the Kaluakoi Resort is right next door.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival for stays January 5–March 31 will be assessed a two (2) nights cancellation charge
Any cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival for stays April 1–December 22 will be assessed a one (1) night cancellation charge.
Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival for stays December 23–January 4 will be assessed a two (2) nights cancellations charge.
