Rooms are decorated with mahogany furniture and framed, sepia-toned photographs of Villa Vizcaya. The steak house-style cuisine has a European bistro influence—in addition to steak and chicken, dinner entrées include several grilled fish dishes. Sophisticated, casual attire is recommended. The restaurant has a private dining room that accommodates up to 16 people.
The Lounge - Located in the hotel's lobby, The Lounge serves cocktails, afternoon tea, and light fare daily. The lobby offers plenty of comfortable couches and chairs and overlooks the courtyard waterfall. Open midday until late evening, with live piano and Spanish guitar music every night.
