The Eden Roc Miami Beach, A Renaissance Resort & Spa, is currently undergoing construction of a new tower until December 31, 2008 (completion date subject to change). During this time, alternate access to the beach is available and pools, restaurants, and the spa remain open. Daily noise and disruption are expected 7 AM–6 PM.
