Amenity highlights: At the Marseilles' rear, a narrow sundeck fringed by gardens surrounds a 90-by-25-foot swimming pool. Beyond is a 120-foot-deep sundeck, also trimmed by gardens, then a palm-tree grove with hammocks, a cement path that extends for 20 blocks along the beach, and finally the miles-long, deep, flat beach where water sports equipment, lounge chairs, fold-up cabanas, and umbrellas can be rented.
