Residence Inn by Marriott Memphis East features 105 suite-style guestrooms distributed among a four-story main building and five two-story buildings clustered nearby. Rooms in the main building overlook the hotel atrium and are accessed by elevators and interior corridors. Those in the smaller buildings are accessed by exterior walkways (no elevators) and overlook the pool, exterior parking lots, or adjacent railroad tracks. Some rooms have balconies.

Studio units are open-plan rooms with large sitting areas and kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stoves/ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and cooking/eating utensils. Amenities include cable TV with pay movies and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Guests also receive complimentary “First Nighter” baskets with coffee, tea, and popcorn, and VCRs are available on request.

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms.
