Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside the Arrivals terminals for international and domestic flights. Guests are to advise the driver to take them directly to the hotel via Keilor Park Drive, Tullamarine. From there, bear left at the ramp to Keilor Park, and continue towards the city entering the city link at Strathmore. Take the ramp to Port Melbourne, then follow the Westgate Freeway to Southbank along Power Street. Turn right at City Road, then left at Southgate Avenue.

Driving directions from Melbourne International Airport (MEL): Head southeast towards Melbourne, via Keilor Park Drive, Tullamarine. Take the ramp to Port Melbourne, then follow the Westgate Freeway to Southbank along Power Street. Turn right at City Road, then left at Southgate Avenue.

Schedule and directions (subject to change without notice): Skybus Super Shuttles are located outside the Arrivals terminals for international and domestic flights. Guests do not need to book seating as these buses depart every 10−15 minutes. Guests will travel to, and depart at Southern Cross Station in the city and may then catch a Skybus Hotel Shuttle to their hotel. This service is complimentary for guests using the Skybus Super Shuttle service during hours of operation. The Skybus Hotel Shuttle service from Southern Cross Station operates until 2 AM daily, however, hotel pick-ups for transfer to the airport take place only between 6 AM and 9.30 PM from Monday–Friday, and between 7.30 AM and 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. When departing for the airport, the Hotel Shuttle Service should be pre-booked at least three hours beforehand. This may be done through the hotel concierge desk.
