This apartment-style hotel has a swimming pool and fitness centre on the ground floor. The pool is an indoor, heated lap pool (15 metres). The fitness centre contains a treadmill, bike, and free weights. The swimming pool and fitness centre area are open seven days during limited hours, and are complimentary for guests.

Driving directions from Melbourne International Airport (MEL): Head southeast towards Melbourne, taking the Tullamarine Freeway. This leads to CityLink, which requires payment (check that your rental car is equipped with an e-TAG). Take CityLink to the Flemington Road exit. Travel along Flemington Road to Elizabeth Street (large roundabout) and turn right into Elizabeth Street. Turn left into Victoria Street, right into Exhibition Street and right into Lonsdale Street. Cohen Place is on the left.

Dining
The property does not have its own restaurant, but breakfast can be eaten and charged back to rooms from Her Majesty’s Café in Her Majesty’s Theatre (Monday–Saturday). Continental and full breakfast (ŕ la carte) are available.
Lunch and dinner are available seven days at the Tea House on the ground floor of the hotel. It offers Chinese cuisine (including yum cha) and notable diners have included world champion swimmer Ian Thorpe. Meals cannot be charged back to the hotel.
