Business centre: This open-plan facility is centrally located on level five, offering easy access to all meeting and function rooms located on the same floor. It includes two personal computer workstations and wireless and high-speed Internet access (surcharges). Additional services include photocopying, printing, secretarial services, audiovisual equipment hire, express mail, and facsimile (surcharges apply for all). Staffed from early morning until late from Monday–Friday, the business centre can be opened on request at any time (by phoning reception) as needed.

Internet access: Wireless Internet access is available on levels four (reception, foyer, and restaurants) and five (business centre and meeting rooms) for a surcharge. Pre-paid wireless cards are available from reception range for AU$15 for 30 minutes, AU$25 for 2 hours, and AU$40 for up to 12 hours. Conference/function rooms: The 16 meeting and function rooms are all located on level five. The largest is the Victoria Ballroom (333 square metres) with a capacity of 300 for cocktails; the smallest, at 33 square metres, can hold 12 for a boardroom-style meeting. The hotel also offers up to nine small meeting rooms that range from 33–56 square metres and are suitable for groups of 2–12.

Approximate travel time from the airport to the hotel: 5 minutes
Directions (subject to change without notice): Connected by covered walkway to the airport, the hotel is located above the airport’s short-term parking station. Luggage trolleys are provided for a small fee at the airport and can be used to transport luggage across the walkway. For the return trip, the hotel provides luggage trolleys. From Arrivals at Melbourne Airport's terminals one, two, and three, guests can cross the road at the pedestrian crossings and walk towards the centre of the short-term car park, where the Hilton’s glass foyer is clearly visible. Guests should then take the lift to the reception area on level four.

Directions (subject to change without notice): Valet parking is available at the front entrance of the hotel, which is located on ground level opposite the international terminal (terminal two). A fee of AU$40 applies per night. Guests opting for self parking should enter the short-term airport car park via the Tullamarine Freeway, taking the airport exit and, when possible, park on level two for easy access via lift (located on level two of the car park) straight to the hotel’s reception on level four. A discounted surcharge of AU$20 per night applies for self parking. Long-term parking is available in the long-term airport car park, which is not part of the hotel complex, and then travel by foot via ground level to the hotel.
