Getting there: Travelers are advised to take the Airport Limousine Bus from the airport directly to the Westin Tokyo. Alternatively, travelers may take the train from the airport station to Ebisu Station, then walk 0.6 kilometers (0.4 miles) to the hotel. Rental cars are not recommended for travelers unfamiliar with this area.

Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The JR Narita Express travels from the airport train station to Tokyo Station 37 times daily. The first train departs from the airport at 7:42 AM, the last departs at 9:43 PM. From Tokyo Station, guests should transfer to the JR Yamanote Line bound for Shinagawa and Shibuya. They should exit the train at Ebisu Station (Ebisu Station is several stops past Shinagawa), and leave the station by the East Exit, turning immediately right. Keeping to the right, they should join the moving walkway, and then proceed straight across the street from the end of the walkway, walking directly through the Ebisu Garden Place shopping area. After walking through the center, the Westin Tokyo should be visible directly ahead across the street. The check-in area is on the first floor.
Guests should take the JR Yamanote Line bound for Tokyo, to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, the JR Narita Express travels to the airport 38 times daily. The first train departs from Tokyo Station at 6:30 AM, the last departs at 8:03 PM.
