Travel Details

Shinagawa Prince Hotel

Hotel Information: The Shinagawa Prince Hotel complex consists of four guestroom towers that are utilised by a cross-section of Tokyo travellers. Domestic and international leisure travellers are drawn to the roomy, fashionable Main and Annex Towers. The exclusively single-room East Tower draws short-term business travellers, while professionals on longer stays take advantage of the relaxed privacy of the detached North Tower.

Insider tip: One stop away on the Keikyu Line are Sengakuji Temple and the graves of the 47 ronin (masterless samurai). After the unjust death of their lord and the pardoning of the man responsible, the group of ronin waited for over a year before taking revenge. As punishment for their vigilante actions, the group was ordered to commit ritual suicide, but their loyalty earned them the deep respect of the nation.
