Property Amenities

The nine-story Ashland Springs is located in southern Oregon’s Rogue River Valley in downtown Ashland. Originally built in 1925 (as the Lithia Hotel), the hotel is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of Historic Hotels of America. The hotel has been restored throughout and features an ornate lobby with fireplace, palm trees, and living-room seating.

A complimentary expanded Continental breakfast is served daily in the mezzanine, a light-filled room with large, arched windows and wicker seating. Afternoon Tea is served in Larks, the hotel restaurant (spring and summer). An outdoor, walled, English-style garden area is the setting for a large wrought-iron gazebo covered in climbing roses.

Guests receive discounted access to the Ashland Oregon Racquet Club, which offers racquetball, tennis courts, exercise classes, a lap pool, and a wide variety of fitness equipment. The full-service Ashland Springs Spa and Boutique, located adjacent to the hotel, also offers discounts to hotel guests.

Meeting space totals 5,700 square feet, includes ballrooms, and can accommodate company retreats, lectures, executive/board meetings, and social events. Elfinwood Dining Room - Available for private functions of up to 70 people, this eclectic dining room dresses its walls with Bavarian antlers and English transferware. It also features an Art Deco Parisian bistro bar from El Morocco, a famed New York City nightclub. Catering available. Afternoon Tea - Afternoon tea is served spring and summer in Larks or by arrangement with catering manager.
