Guests can select their own lobsters or enjoy island fish or meat main courses with Polynesian and Hawaiian influences. Named after Hawaii's state fish. Serving dinner each evening.
Bistro Molokini - Open-air restaurant offering views of the Pacific Ocean and neighboring islands. Exhibition kitchen with wood-burning oven. Menu includes California and island cuisine. Serving lunch and dinner.
