Check-in is at 3 PM. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the bed and breakfast at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

This two-story bed and breakfast offers14 individually decorated guest accommodations. All guestrooms include private bathrooms, Egyptian Cotton towels, bathrobes, and bath amenities such as glycerin soap, shampoo, hair rinse, body lotion, make-up removers. Select rooms have jetted tubs. Both dial-up and wireless Internet access are available in all guest accommodations. Chocolate turndown favors are also provided.

Colby Hill Inn is nestled in the hills on six acres of lawns and historical perennial gardens. This 1820 Colonial inn’s grounds also feature traditional antique barns, a restored carriage house, a garden gazebo with wicker furniture, and a swimming pool. New England College is three-quarters of a mile away, and Pats Peak Ski Resort is less than four miles from the inn.

Colby Hill Inn offers outdoor activities such as lawn chess, badminton, volleyball, and croquet. Themed cooking classes are available in the colder months. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning, and homemade cookies are offered in the afternoons. There is a restaurant on site. In-room massages are available for a surcharge.
