Hotel Information: Opened in 2003 this is a new hotel with a façade of white stone and large dark windows. Guests enter into a lobby area with cream marble floors, swiftly greeted by uniformed bell boys with brass luggage carriers. A second lobby area where guests can obtain leisure information leads to a long corridor of restaurants, bars, seating areas, exhibition rooms and boutiques, all looking onto the swimming pool and terrace at the back of the hotel. Guests can relax inside with a drink and a snack or head outside during the summer months.

Amenity highlights: The Spa offers a variety of services with a water zone, thermal zone, and treatment rooms, as well as a gym, exercise classes, and beauty services. There is also a large ballroom which caters for weddings or conferences.

Aralia Restaurant - This wood-floored restaurant with ceiling fans, cane tables, and chairs, looks directly onto the outdoor swimming pool and has a patio area for summer eating. There are easy chairs and coffee tables for drinks and listening to the piano entertainment in the evening. A buffet breakfast is served here every day, as well as an à la carte menu of Mediterranean food for lunch and dinner. During the summer months there is also a lunch and dinner buffet menu.

Taro - Decorated in dark wood and black Japanese minimalist style, this is a sushi restaurant, open for lunch and dinner. Guests can eat at the sushi bar or at separate tables and chairs.

Mesana - Open for dinner only, this is a gourmet restaurant decorated with upholstered chairs and black marble surfaces with an à la carte menu of Spanish and Mediterranean food and an extensive wine list.
