Anniversary Mansion Bed & Breakfast is located six blocks southeast of the Nebraska State Capitol; a half-mile from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and one mile from the Lied Center for the Performing Arts, Pershing Municipal Auditorium, and historic Haymarket District. Original features of the home include oak woodwork and floors, a grand central staircase and foyer, molded-brick fireplace, hand-beveled lead-glass windows, oak wainscoting, and a wall mural.
A complimentary Continental breakfast is served every morning, and snacks and beverages are available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is served each morning on bone china with silver flatware and Waterford crystal in the formal dining room.
Complimentary off-street parking is available behind the mansion off of C Street.
