Diablo’s Mexican Cantina is a 13,000 square-foot hangout set in front of Monte Carlo. Partnering with Light Group, one of the leading nightlife, hospitality, and lifestyle development organizations in the country, this hotspot features live music and Mexican food.
Lance Burton presents an illusion/magic/comedy show in an ornate theater named after him. A flying Corvette, 60 birds, and seven dancers appear during the show, and children are invited onstage to participate. Dark Sunday and Monday.
Monte Carlo Brew Pub features live entertainment. Guests can enjoy a draft beer while catching a game on TV. The Brew Pub also serves an array of items, such as brick-oven pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. For those with a hearty appetite, the steak and stein special includes a tasty T-bone served with a 16-ounce draft. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
