Housekeeping PolicyHousekeeping Policy
Fall 2008 (through November 26, 2008) - Daily maid service will be provided on request only for guests staying five nights or less; a fee will be charged based on the size of the residence rented. Housekeeping may be requested for guests at the time of booking or during their stay. Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.
Guests staying six nights or more will receive a mid-week cleaning on the fourth day, which includes change of sheets, change of towels, garbage removal, and dust and vacuum as needed.
Winter 2008-09 (begins November 27, 2008) - Guests staying for five nights or more during the winter season will receive daily trash and tidy service. Daily trash and tidy service consists of making of beds, towel change, removal of garbage, starting of dishwasher, wipe down of hard surfaces, and vacuum as needed.
Guests staying six or more nights will receive a mid-week cleaning on the fourth day, which includes change of sheets, change of towels, garbage removal, and dust and vacuum as needed.
