Reception is open 9 AM – Noon and 5 PM – 7 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 8 AM – Noon and 4 PM – 8 PM on Saturdays; and 9 AM - Noon on Sundays. Reception is closed on Wednesdays. Guests intending to arrive outside these hours must contact the residence prior to arrival to schedule alternate check-in procedures. The hotel contact information will appear in the reservation confirmation e-mail.

Mandatory Hotel-imposed Fees
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

- Between 25th August and the 23rd June, guests will be charged weekly for their water and electricity use.
- A weekly charge for sanitation services is applicable.
- A cash breakage deposit of €300 is payable at check-in.
