On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. Check out must be made before 10 AM on departure day.
Towels and televisions are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.

Recreation
Alpe d’Huez on the Grandes Rousses Massif overlooks the Ecrins National Park, and forms the centre of one of France’s biggest ski areas. The area as a whole boasts 85 lifts over 238 kilometres of pistes of varying degrees of difficulty, and Alpe d’Huez itself includes a ski school, kindergarten and wide range of bars and restaurants.
