Spa

The Spa has separate facilities for men and women. It offers wet and dry saunas, hot and cold whirlpools, steam baths, lockers, spa tubs, and a swimming pool. The Spa also includes beauty and massage treatment suites. Massage treatments include traditional massage, acupressure, shiatsu, Balinese, and aromatherapy. The health club facility in the spa features a fully equipped gymnasium and aerobics room.

Traditional Massage (60 minutes): MYR175 (US$50)
Medium to strong pressure is used in this massage to relieve stiff muscles and tired bodies.

This therapy uses light rhythmic strokes to relieve stress and induce relaxation. Guests can choose from lavender, citrus, or ginger aromatherapy essential oil blends.

This massage focuses on the body’s pressure points to relax and rebalance. It aims to relieve headaches and backaches.

Uses skin rolling techniques, long kneading strokes, and foot massage to relax and re-energize.

Rooms

The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur features 468 guest rooms including 30 suites. Every room has individually controlled centralized air conditioning. Recreation

The Spa includes a health club. The fully equipped gym includes weight and fitness training equipment. Cardio-vascular equipment includes fitness cycles, life-step and life-rower machines, and treadmills with individual TV sets. A large freeform swimming pool and a children’s pool are located on the third floor. The gym also features an air-conditioned squash court.

Property Amenities

The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur is designed in a ‘Y’ shape and features the 929 sq metre (10,000 sq feet) health club. There are separate male and female spa facilities with saunas, two air-conditioned squash courts, and a fitness center. A freeform swimming pool and sundeck is located on the third floor. Complimentary valet parking and self parking are offered for in-house guests. There is a covered parking garage monitored by security cameras and hotel security personnel with separate entry and exit access with boom gates and security checks.

The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur Hotel features a ballroom which is 330 sq metres (3,500 sq feet) in area. It has the capacity to seat 300 guests and is ideal for meetings and events.
