Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside of Gate 3 International Terminal, Arrival Level. Upon exiting the baggage claim area there are taxi counters for purchase of taxi vouchers, for limousine taxis, and budget taxis. Taxi driver should travel to the city center, toward Jalan Bukit Bintang, and then take a right turn into the filter lane, Jalan Sultan Ismail, where the hotel is located on the right.

Dining

Golden Phoenix - Signature restaurant. Cantonese dishes and dim sum are served for lunch and dinner, with private rooms available, and banquet catering for up to 400 persons. Kampachi - Japanese cuisine. Menu includes delicacies of fish, teppanyaki, tempura (battered and deep fried portions), and various broths, rice, and noodle dishes. Private tatami rooms offer traditional grass mat dining and the restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Flo Lobby Lounge - Zen-inspired design elements of water and natural lighting create a casual setting for drinks and light snacks. Light snack menu includes cheese boards, Asian appetizers, satays, and grilled focaccia breads with toppings. Events such as product launches, cocktail parties, and press conferences for groups of 80 to 180 people can be accommodated. A wine shop also offers a variety of fine wines. Open from morning until late.

Chalet - Serving Swiss continental cuisine, within a fine dining Alpine atmosphere, the menu includes dishes such as Steam-roast fillet of Cod Fish with Garlic Soya Crust, Escargots (Snails) in Garlic Butter, and French Onion Soup. The lounge provides an extensive selection of beverages including coffees, cocktails, fresh juices, and cognacs. Open for lunch and dinner.

Nipah Coffee Shop - A traditional Chinese-style breakfast and coffee shop, serving international and Malaysian á la carte menu selections. Menu items include Chilli Crabs with Fragrant Rice, Malaysian Satay, Curry Laksa (spicy coconut noodle soup), and traditional Malay Oxtail Soup. A selection of Asian desserts is also available. Open for buffet breakfast, lunch, high tea, and weekend suppers. The café also has a children’s playroom available, for parties or other occasions. A private dining room catering to 12 persons is also available.

Étoile Bistro - A gourmet French-style bistro with specialty coffees, breads, cakes, pastries, and savories. The coffee menu includes traditional latté, espresso, and signature coffees such as Hot After-Dinner Mint with chocolate and mint flavors. A comprehensive menu includes grilled foods, sandwiches, pastas, fried chicken, burgers, and salads. Wireless Internet is available. Open all day.

Poolside - The bar serves a selection of drinks and light snacks. Open early morning until early evening.
